stevenlebron: CRS: The trio of Pharrell, Lupe and Kanye created quite a stirr in ‘07 when they released “Us Placers” under the group named Child Rebel Soldier. Since, they have appeared together on N.E.R.D’s “Everyone Nose Remix” and “Don’t Stop!” from Kanye’s Good Friday series. But with each artist focused on their individual projects, is this just another supergroup idea that won’t advance past the formation stage? Earlier this year, Kanye was asked about CRS and reiterated that the project is on the table following “Watch The Throne”. Hopefully, the three artists will find time to accomodate this project in 2012. Because whatever your opinions are of their music, as a hip-hop fan, just know for better or worst, the project will be creative and progressive for the genre.
